In Short

• Create and evolve digital interfaces (web and mobile) focusing on usability and user experience.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual interfaces following company guidelines.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Marketing teams to ensure visual and functional consistency of solutions.
• Apply Design System principles to maintain consistency in interfaces.
• Contribute to research and usability testing to optimize user experience.
• Monitor the implementation of interfaces with developers, ensuring quality in deliveries.
• Stay updated on best practices and trends in UX/UI.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Design or similar.
• Experience with Figma for creating layouts, prototyping, and handoff.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and Design Thinking.
• Skills in creating wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Understanding of information architecture and visual hierarchy.
• Knowledge of Design System and interface standardization.
• Understanding of accessibility and best practices for inclusive design.
• Ability to interpret feedback and iterate on design solutions.
• Knowledge of task management tools like Jira or Trello.
