Overview

This role is ideal for a service-oriented problem solver with an interest in technology, who is looking to work a few hours a week, particularly if you love boating!

In Short

  • Work approximately 20–30 hours per month.

Requirements

  • Service-oriented with a natural customer focus.
  • Structured and detail-oriented, able to identify patterns and improvement opportunities.
  • Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English; knowledge of Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service is advantageous.
  • Genuine interest in boating, preferably with personal experience in the Nordic region.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic environment and quickly learn new things.
