• Design 1 engaging YouTube thumbnail per week that drives clicks
• Use bold, eye-catching designs that stand out in YouTube feeds
• Ensure consistency in branding, fonts, and overall style
• Collaborate with the founder for creative direction and feedback
• Continuously test and improve thumbnails based on performance

Requirements

• YouTube Thumbnail Expertise – You’ve designed thumbnails that get results for other creators
• Eye for Design – Strong sense of composition, color, and text hierarchy
• Creativity & Trend Awareness – You stay updated on what works in the YouTube space
• Fast & Reliable – You can deliver weekly without needing constant follow-up
• Attention to Detail – From font choices to contrast, your designs pop and look professional
