The Finance and Compensation Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing all facets of financial reporting, including accrual calculations, adjustments, and month-end reconciliations. Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 2-5 years of progressive experience in finance, financial reporting, sales compensation, or a related role.
• Deep knowledge of accrual accounting and financial reconciliation processes.
• Experience with commission calculations.
• Proficiency in advanced financial software and analytical tools, such as Excel, ERP systems, and financial databases.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to manage large datasets effectively.
