Overview

The Student Accounts Specialist at St. John's College of Nursing is responsible for managing student financial transactions and records, ensuring accurate billing and timely payments while providing excellent customer service.

In Short

  • Responsible for initiating and maintaining student financial transactions.
  • Ensures accurate billing and timely payments.
  • Communicates effectively with students regarding their accounts.
  • Supports student billing operations of the college.
  • Provides excellent customer service to the student body.
  • Full-time schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday.
  • 4 days on-site, 1 day remote.
  • Education qualifications: High school diploma required, Associate's degree preferred.
  • 1 year of experience in a higher education or business-related field required.
  • Compensation based on experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate's degree in education, business, or related field preferred.
  • 1 year of experience in a relevant field required.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage financial records accurately.
  • Customer service-oriented.
