Overview

As a Travel & Expenses Specialist, you will ensure compliance with SIXT’s global Travel & Expense guidelines across all corporate locations, reviewing and processing travel expense reports, verifying receipts, and supporting internal audits.

In Short

  • Review and process travel expense reports across all SIXT corporate countries.
  • Verify receipts and ensure adherence to global Travel & Expense guidelines.
  • Serve as the primary contact for travel expense-related inquiries.
  • Support internal audits ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with teams to streamline expense management processes.
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions for process improvements.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in travel expense management or related finance function.
  • Hands-on experience with expense management systems such as Emburse Enterprise.
  • Excellent organizational and numerical skills with a focus on accuracy.
  • Proficient in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Initiative in resolving inquiries and ensuring smooth processing.
  • Ability to work well in an international environment.
