Sourcing and Logistics Lead - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a high-ownership Sourcing and Logistics Lead to build the operational backbone for our scaling production. This role is focused on the "nitty-gritty" of procurement planning based on production schedules. You will ensure we have the correct raw parts to meet the units required by our sales pipeline while managing a diverse supplier base.

In Short

• Analyze sales pipelines and production schedules to determine raw part requirements.
• Own the sourcing of components, subassemblies, and materials across multiple vendors.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and demand forecasts.
• Manage domestic and international logistics including freight forwarders.
• Monitor cost, quality, and delivery; identify and mitigate supply risks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or logistics roles.
• Strong background in procurement planning based on production schedules.
• Experience managing suppliers and contract manufacturers in a hardware environment.
• Strong understanding of demand forecasting and purchase order management.
• Hands-on experience coordinating domestic and international shipments.
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive mindset.
