Overview

The Onboarding Specialist plays a pivotal role in transforming new clients into confident users of our platform, ensuring their first 90 days are seamless and set a strong foundation for long-term success.

In Short

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during onboarding.
  • Conduct virtual one-on-one training sessions.
  • Identify client needs and proactively address potential roadblocks.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
  • 3+ years in a SaaS environment preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills needed.
  • Experience with CRM/Customer Success tools is advantageous.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Spanish language proficiency is preferred.

Requirements

  • 3+ Years in a SaaS Environment.
  • Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
  • Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills.
  • Experience with CRM/Customer Success Tools preferred.
  • Ability to Multitask and Succeed in a Fast-Paced Environment.
  • Spanish Language Proficiency is preferred.
  • Ability to work standard business hours in the Pacific Time Zone.
  • Ability to Travel Within Canada and the U.S.
