• Join the Core Engineering team as a Reputation Engineer.
• Focus on email reputation, deliverability, and anti-abuse systems.
• Work closely with deliverability and compliance teams.
• Design and maintain systems to monitor user behavior.
• Contribute to high-performance backend services in Go and PHP.
• Address issues related to sender reputation and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze production traffic and implement safeguards.
• Shape architectural decisions in a distributed environment.
• Communicate effectively in remote, cross-functional teams.
• Hold French or EU/EEA citizenship and a valid French work permit.

Requirements

• Proven backend development experience with Go.
• Strong exposure to PHP.
• Understanding of large-scale systems and distributed architectures.
• Experience with email infrastructure and reputation systems.
• Analyzing traffic patterns and working with large data volumes.
• Proficiency with relational/NoSQL databases.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong sense of ownership and security awareness.
• Comfortable working autonomously.
