Data Enrichment Analyst - Remote

In Short

• Manage ad hoc projects such as prospect list building to support initiatives from global sales team.
• Track incoming leads in the enrichment queue and ensure all leads undergo Zoom Auto Enrichment phase.
• Ensure all vital lead information in the enrichment queue is populated accurately and timely.
• Follow the Data Enrichment Process Document for handling leads enrichment.
• Manage allocated data projects with direct communication to marketing and sales project requestors.
• Acquire data from primary or secondary sources and maintain databases/data systems.
• Participate in data management and sales/marketing enablement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Excel and analytical skills highly preferred.
• Outstanding written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines/SLA.
