Overview

The Senior Growth Manager for Europe will be responsible for setting clear sales targets and KPIs, developing sales forecasts, and driving growth initiatives within European markets in the HealthTech sector.

In Short

  • Set clear sales targets and monitor performance.
  • Develop sales forecasts and budgets.
  • Identify target markets and key accounts.
  • Drive growth initiatives with full responsibility for acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure.
  • Implement scalable go-to-market strategies across all channels.
  • Analyze data to uncover growth opportunities and optimize conversion funnels.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of international experience in a similar role in a SaaS MedTech/HealthTech B2B environment.
  • Experience in radiology/imaging diagnostics is a plus.
  • Strong startup/growth affinity.
  • Proven success in senior sales roles in healthcare.
  • Ability to drive revenue growth through digital direct sales and strategic partnerships.
  • Experience with setting and working with OKRs.
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
