AI/NLP Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced AI/NLP Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML), with proven expertise in fine-tuning, deploying, and optimizing state-of-the-art NLP models. This role demands a hands-on approach to designing, developing, and integrating NLP solutions tailored to solve complex business challenges.

In Short

• Customize, fine-tune, and optimize open-source NLP models.
• Develop and train models from scratch for specific business challenges.
• Design effective prompts for generative AI tasks.
• Deploy models at scale using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance model performance.
• Work closely with data scientists and software engineers.
• Hands-on experience in ASR, TTS, or custom language model architectures.
• Strong proficiency in Python for implementing NLP models.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Experience with AWS for model deployment and pipeline management.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in NLP.
• Proficiency in designing prompts for generative AI models.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and NLP libraries.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a related field.
