Overview

As an SDR in our B2B team, you are the link to our inbound leads and responsible for making potential new customers aware of us. Your goal? To make contacts and ideally schedule further meetings with our talented Account Executives.

  • Initiate sales opportunities through a combination of outbound and inbound leads.
  • Bring your own ideas for creative acquisition to improve our qualification channel.
  • Implement a solid end-to-end workflow for your daily work.
  • Continuously learn and improve your acquisition skills.
  • Work closely with the team to successfully guide potential customers through the sales funnel.

Requirements

  • At least 1+ year of experience in a B2B/SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of positive results in a sales team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Resilience and ability to handle objections.
  • Customer-oriented with the ability to build solid relationships.
  • Teamwork is essential for you.
