• Lead transformative initiatives within Similarweb’s Information Systems group.
• Drive the redesign of Similarweb’s Quote-to-Cash process.
• Coordinate and manage the IS group’s strategic initiatives and operational programs.
• Centralize project planning and monitor progress against goals.
• Improve collaboration and communication across teams.
• Oversee the creation and execution of detailed project plans.
• Partner with key stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and manage risks.
• Act as a central point for improving collaboration within the IS group.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• 3+ years of experience leading strategic initiatives.
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record.
• Exceptional communication skills for engaging with stakeholders.
• Experience with Quote-to-Cash solutions.
• Strong analytical skills to define KPIs and track performance.
• International business experience in a global organization.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Vendor evaluation and selection experience.
• Familiarity with SaaS or B2B environments.
