International Field Service Representative – Africa - Remote

Together, our radios and waveform provide vital communications for mission-critical applications in the harshest environments from underground tunnels to high-altitude balloons.

In Short

• Work closely with the international team to provide tailored solutions.
• Participate in technical demonstrations, support, and sales.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support.
• Become an expert on Silvus' radio and networking solutions.
• Prepare and conduct product demonstrations.
• Visit customer sites for technical support and training.
• Troubleshoot failures and provide feedback to the development team.
• Travel up to 75% of the time.
• Must be based in Africa.
• All employment contingent upon successful background check.

Requirements

• Secondary education completion required.
• Minimum 1 year experience as Field Service Representative.
• Experience with Ministry of Defense tactical communications.
• Proficiency with TCP/IP protocol and networking.
• Basic English proficiency required; French proficiency required.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel to conflict areas.
