Tech Lead - Remote

Overview

Litebox is a boutique digital agency focused on helping clients grow by creating innovative digital products. We are looking for a Tech Lead to join our passionate team, leading groups of developers and applying your existing knowledge while developing new skills.

In Short

• Define the technology stack for various projects.
• Lead teams of 2-6 developers.
• Ensure project quality by validating clean and efficient code.
• Plan, delegate, and assign tasks with the team PM.
• Review product metrics and processes for continuous improvement.
• Provide technical solutions to complex problems.
• Be a technical reference within the company.
• Work closely with Engineering Managers and other Tech Leads.

Requirements

• Over 7 years of software development experience.
• More than 3 years of experience leading development teams.
• Strong front-end technology skills (Next.js/React, TypeScript/JavaScript).
• Back-end technology knowledge (NodeJS, NestJS, Express).
• Advanced knowledge of CSS preprocessors like LESS or SASS.
• Extensive knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB).
• Advanced understanding of SEO and accessibility best practices.
• Experience with AWS services.
• Experience with CMS for dynamic site development.
• Experience with Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience conducting code reviews.
• Ability to provide constant feedback to teams.
• Experience with GIT.
• English proficiency (minimum B2).
