Cashea is on a mission to bring optimism back to Venezuelans by building innovative financial products. The Lead Frontend Engineer will work closely with Product and Backend teams to develop scalable and maintainable architectures for complex features.

Requirements

• Successfully led the architecture of published Flutter applications.
• +4 years of experience working with Flutter in production.
• +1 years of experience leading teams.
• Demonstrated ability to refactor complex features into maintainable solutions.
• Created and maintained shared component libraries used across multiple apps.
• Established testing strategies resulting in improved app stability.
• Set up monitoring and crash reporting systems.
• Implemented complex navigation patterns and deep linking.
• Optimized app launch time and overall performance.
• Experience mentoring developers and leading technical discussions.
