Lead Frontend Engineer - Remote

Overview

As our Lead Frontend Engineer, you’ll own the architecture, standards and delivery of all client-facing UIs, driving technical excellence across multiple teams. This fully remote role is much more than “feature work” – you’ll design and evolve our frontend platform (component libraries, design system, CI/CD pipelines), set best practices for performance, security and accessibility, and mentor other engineers to adopt them.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• At least 3 years in a frontend-lead or architect role.
• Mastery of React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Strong grasp of modern styling techniques.
• Experience with end-to-end testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and security best practices.
• Excellent communication skills for technical guidance.
• Proven ability to mentor and upskill engineers.
