Senior PDK Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Senior PDK Engineer at Silvaco will work on developing and updating custom CAD tools for high-performance analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits, focusing on foundry rule decks and iPDKs.

Requirements

• Proficient in JavaScript, Tcl, Python, Powershell, and Bash.
• Experience in CAD and EDA custom flow.
• Knowledge of CMOS technology is advantageous.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Experience with Windows and Linux OSs.
• Ability to create and review technical documentation.
• Self-starter with a proactive attitude.
• Analytical skills to formulate solutions.
• English skills at a pre-intermediate level or higher.
