Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Engineering preferred).
• 7+ years in Process Improvement or Quality roles.
• 5+ years in a recognized Lean & Six Sigma culture.
• 3+ years in Project Management for large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in Minitab and experience teaching it.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Lean Certification and Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred.
• PMP or Prince 2.0 certification desirable.
