This position involves leading high-impact projects and facilitating training programs to promote Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in Process Improvement or Quality roles.
• 5+ years in a Lean & Six Sigma focused environment.
• 3+ years of Project Management experience.
• Proficiency in Minitab and teaching others.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Lean Certification preferred.
• Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred.
• PMP or Prince 2.0 certification desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
