In Short

• Provide services and support as a Business and Logistics Management Support Services (BLM/SS) (Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt).
• Focus on Management And Operations Solutions for clients such as U.S. Coast Guard.
• Deliver innovative solutions in the DOD/Military Industry Sector.
• Assist and mentor Government LSS Black Belt and Green Belt Candidates.
• Develop and provide training in Lean Six Sigma fundamentals.
• Conduct detailed research and analysis of technical data.
• Support the missions and requirements of the Coast Guard.
• Work with a geo-dispersed workforce.
• Engage in process development, monitoring, and improvement.
• Collaborate with firm leadership and other team members.

Requirements

• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification required.
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least eight years of experience in Lean Six Sigma projects.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Experience in project management and strategic planning.
• Knowledge of advanced practices from Lean and Six Sigma.
• Ability to read and interpret acquisition policy and regulations.
