Sigvaris is currently looking for a Customer Care Representative I to join our Customer Service team. As a leading compression solution provider, we are not just a company that manufactures products. Reporting directly to the Supervisor, the Customer Care Representative I is responsible for providing excellent customer service by building strong relationships with customers through single call resolution and by providing creative solutions to problems.

  • Provides excellent customer service while dealing with customers.
  • Resolves consumer issues while maintaining relationships.
  • Demonstrates effective coping skills in stressful situations.
  • Utilizes Call Center software effectively.
  • Inputs orders and returns following guidelines.
  • Manages call lengths and escalates when necessary.
  • Documents all consumer calls in detail.
  • Demonstrates sales and marketing techniques.
  • Fosters positive morale among staff.
  • Follows established company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a Call Center.
  • More than three years of customer service experience.
  • Ability to maintain strong relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office products.
