Overview

As a Senior Product Manager at Signifyd, you will own and scale our newly-launched decisioning products, focusing on delivering speed, intelligence, and personalization to enhance post-purchase experiences.

In Short

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Instant Refunds and Selective Appeasements.
• Partner with Data Science to shape and iterate on ML models.
• Define decision outcomes and feedback loops.
• Collaborate with early design partners to refine user experience.
• Work with Customer Success, Sales, and Product Marketing for product adoption.
• Gather feedback from merchants to refine roadmap priorities.
• Maintain awareness of the e-commerce returns landscape.
• Make decisions that accelerate value delivery.
• Expected 30% travel.

Requirements

• Experience shipping AI- or ML-based decisioning products.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Data Science, Engineering, and GTM teams.
• Familiarity with labeling strategies and model evaluation.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and making fast iterations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Deep sense of ownership and bias for action.
