Senior Product Manager, DEX - Remote

In Short

• Design core DEX features (e.g., Swap & Bridge) and drive product iterations
• Write PRDs and coordinate with development, design, and operations teams to ensure efficient product delivery
• Optimize trading routes, enhance user trading experience and success rates through data analysis, and improve user retention
• Stay updated on security and compliance, working closely with the technical team to mitigate security risks

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, with at least 1 year in Web3 / DeFi / DEX
• Familiar with AMM, liquidity pools, cross-chain bridges, and blockchain fundamentals
• Capable of independently writing PRDs, experienced in agile development and requirements management
• Strong data analysis skills, understanding of blockchain infrastructure, and familiarity with Solidity / EVM ecosystem to communicate effectively with technical teams
• Fluency in English and Chinese is required to communicate with overseas clients/partners.
