In Short

  • Execute GTM activities towards international Insurance prospects and customers including email campaigns, training sessions, webinars, and events for lead generation
  • Calculate, create and negotiate offers
  • Generate new revenues by the acquisition of new enterprise customers in the Insurance sector.
  • Lead and coordinate Signicats GTM towards the Insurance industry across Europe together with a team of ~5-10 KAMs with Insurance expertise and affiliation
  • Define the GTM strategy for the Insurance sector, key KPIs to track progress
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews for the Insurance sector, reporting to the CEO and Sales Business Unit Heads
  • Foster relationships with existing clients and partners
  • Be the point of contact for your clients internally and externally
  • Keeping abreast of and advising on market developments, (new) markets and products, distributions methods and advertising possibilities.
  • Regularly review progress of activities against metrics and share results with key stakeholders using the company CRM platform (Salesforce) as the leading Business tool for all your activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, IT or another related field or relevant work experience
  • 10+ years of experience in the insurance industry, including 5+ years in sales within the financial sector, ideally with a software solutions company and a focus on selling to international insurance companies
  • Strong network and relationships in the Insurance Industry across Europe
  • Knowledge about KYC and CDD preferred
  • Excellent English and German written and verbal language skills
