Overview

We offer an excellent opportunity for an experienced Program Manager to work closely with clients and help develop a new initiative within the company.

In Short

• Manage projects in IoT, Automotive, and Industrial Machinery sectors.
• Oversee service and project delivery through leadership of the PM team.
• Conduct portfolio risk analysis and monitor KPIs.
• Develop customer relationships and propose additional services.
• Participate in pre-sales and contract negotiations.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Track and coordinate staff career development needs.
• Act as an entrepreneur to foster business insights.
• Communicate effectively with customers and project teams.
• Manage project staff and prevent team conflicts.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Experience as a business development manager.
• Ability to manage projects directly or supervise PMs.
• Advanced level of English.
• Knowledge of the automotive domain.
• Strong risk management skills.
• Understanding of corporate environments and business objectives.
