Program Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Program Manager, you’ll coordinate and monitor the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of a company program, supporting efforts to build lasting relationships and deliver on promises.

In Short

• Manage communication with customers on all their projects.
• Oversee scope, cost, and schedule for multiple high-complexity projects.
• Support Pre-contract and Sales efforts by collaborating with the Account Executive.
• Provide program updates and align customer expectations with team expectations.
• Coordinate management of issues, risks, and project changes.
• Lead weekly calls for projects in the absence of the Project Manager.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the internal project team.
• Support Project Managers with vendor management and financials.
• Anticipate potential obstacles and provide solutions.
• Foster strategic partnerships to ensure project success.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing material handling projects.
• Strong communication skills in both one-on-one and group settings.
• Ability to lead small project teams and keep stakeholders informed.
• Proven track record of delivering on commitments.
• Capable of managing project financials, including cash flow and invoicing.
• Ability to anticipate issues and engage in productive dialogue.
• Experience in coaching and providing feedback to peers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
