Configuration Technical Lead - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Technical Configuration Lead to join our team and take responsibility for delivering high-quality XML configurations based on Customer requirements. This role combines hands-on work with structured data and technical leadership of a small team (4–6 people).

In Short

• Analyze and interpret business requirements provided by clients.
• Write clean, well-structured XML configurations.
• Prepare and maintain structured CSV datasets for testing or configuration purposes.
• Validate the technical quality of configurations delivered by the team.
• Provide guidance and support to team members (4–6 people), ensuring consistency and accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with developers and the Customer's technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Pay close attention to detail, edge cases, and domain-specific logic.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a technical role involving work with structured data (XML, CSV, configuration, or similar).
• Background in software development or computer science (formal education or practical experience).
• Understanding of programming principles (preferably in .NET or similar language).
• Experience leading or mentoring technical teams.
• Ability to work with formal specifications.
• Ability to learn new business domains and work with technical documentation independently.
• At least an Intermediate level of English. Upper-Intermediate is preferred, as you will be working with the UK-based Customer.
