Technical Instructional Designer and Trainer - Remote

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Instructional Designer and Trainer to develop and execute strategies enabling our teams, customers, and partners to maximize the value of our Sift Console and Platform. This role will be pivotal in bridging technical expertise with business objectives, ensuring that internal teams, partners, and customers have the resources, training, and support needed to succeed.

• Design and implement a comprehensive technical training program for a technical audience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align training initiatives with business goals.
• Develop and deliver training content on product usability and troubleshooting.
• Create and update training materials for new features.
• Establish certification programs to validate technical proficiency.
• Create and maintain technical enablement materials.
• Define metrics to measure effectiveness of enablement programs.
• Collect and analyze feedback to improve initiatives.
• 5+ years in technical roles within SaaS or technology companies.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity or fraud prevention architectures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years in technical roles, with 2 years in enablement or learning leadership.
• Proven experience developing and delivering technical training.
• Proficiency with LMS platforms and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
