The Sierra Club is seeking a Fundraising Director to scale the organization's revenue through strategic partnerships and sponsorships, focusing on environmental justice and community impact.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sponsorships or fundraising
• Proven track record managing six-figure sponsor relationships
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills
• Highly collaborative with a mission-first mindset
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Monday.com
• Commitment to understanding systems of oppression
• Positive attitude and sense of humor
