E-Commerce Deployment Associate - Remote

Overview

The E-Commerce Deployment Associate manages the entire deployment process for digital SIDES products such as Webshop 2.0, Self Order Terminals (SOT), and Mobile Applications (iOS/Android). The focus is on content and asset management, design coordination, customer collaboration, and collecting feedback to ensure a high-quality and brand-compliant e-commerce presence for our clients.

In Short

• Coordinate and execute deployments for Webshop 2.0, app solutions, and SOT content.
• Request, verify, and manage customer data such as logos, images, product lists, texts, and design guidelines.
• Design and coordinate layouts and content within the customer's CI.
• Coordinate with the customer for final approval of designs and content—remotely or on-site.
• Collect and document feedback on usability, design, and user flow for continuous product improvement.
• Communicate with internal interfaces, especially GTM, Product Management, and Design Team.
• Publish and technically support apps through App Store & Google Play in collaboration with the customer.
• Ensure quality before go-live (content, UX, functionality).

Requirements

• Experience in digital project management, web design, e-commerce deployment or a similar environment.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), webshop systems, or app platforms.
• Basic understanding of design principles, brand management, and user experience.
• Organizational talent in coordinating with various stakeholders.
