Inside Sales Manager (m/f/d) Digital Health - Remote

Overview

As an Inside Sales Manager focusing on both new and existing physicians, you will play a central role in integrating our digital health applications into the medical routine, actively promoting Sidekick Health across relevant practices in Germany.

In Short

• Identify and actively approach potential new customers via phone, virtually, and through other channels.
• Support and maintain long-term relationships with existing practices to establish digital health applications as valuable supplements to standard therapy.
• Assist practice teams in overcoming prescription hurdles for seamless access to digital solutions.
• Collaborate closely with marketing to ensure the best support for our practices.
• Document all activities in the CRM system, utilizing modern tools and AI support to enhance sales performance.
• Conduct virtual training and events for physicians and practice teams on integrating our digital health applications.
• Represent Sidekick Health at trade fairs and congresses to expand our network and visibility.

Requirements

• Communicative, outgoing, and proactive in engaging with new people.
• Motivated by cold calling and outreach.
• Desire for professional and personal development in sales.
• Structured and responsible work ethic, maintaining oversight during challenging phases.
• Initial sales experience, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, MedTech, or digital health.
• Fluent in German, with good English skills for international communication.
