Overview

As a Technical Sourcer (Western Hemisphere), you will support Side’s global gaming & codev hiring efforts with a primary focus on LATAM, Canada and US Regions. This is a fully remote, contract-based role designed for a sourcing specialist rather than a full-cycle recruiter.

• Proactively source game development talent across AMERICAS and LATAM regions.
• Build and maintain pipelines across the full spectrum of game development roles.
• Execute advanced Boolean searches and targeted sourcing strategies.
• Conduct initial candidate screening to assess technical alignment.
• Prepare clear, structured candidate summaries for recruiter handoff.
• Develop and maintain long-term talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with recruiters to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Monitor hiring trends and contribute to continuous improvement of sourcing strategies.
• Ensure a professional and compliant candidate outreach experience.
