Requirements

• University degree in business administration, HR, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in consulting or HR projects.
• Strong interest in organizational design and HR trends.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Ms Project is an asset.
• Social awareness and ability to integrate feedback.
• Passion for personal and professional development.
• Located in the Ottawa/Gatineau area.
