Overview

We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager who can be the driving force behind our inbound engine. Think less “hands-on Pardot/Hubspot admin” and more “architect of the entire lead journey.” In this role, you’ll be the bridge between marketing, sales, systems, and analytics - making sure every campaign flows seamlessly from first touch to closed deal.

In Short

  • Own the inbound lead gen process end-to-end, from form fill to SQL.
  • Partner with RevOps to ensure SDR visibility and accountability on MQL/SQL follow-up.
  • Own the MAP (Hubspot, Pardot, or equivalent) and its integration with SFDC.
  • Translate marketing strategy into campaigns Sales can execute.
  • Define and maintain source-of-truth metrics for TOFU, MOFU, and sales handoff.
  • Serve as operational counterpart to the VP of Marketing.
  • Proactively contribute to campaign planning and budget decisions.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in attribution models.
  • Collaborate with RevOps Systems Manager to maintain a clean tech stack.
  • Bring Sales, RevOps, and BI together for alignment.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Marketing Operations at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proficiency with MAPs like Pardot, Hubspot, or Marketo.
  • Experience with Salesforce campaign objects and attribution models.
  • Ability to build and scale inbound lead funnels.
  • Strong understanding of metrics that drive pipeline impact.
  • Excellent system thinking and workflow optimization skills.
  • Collaboration skills with Sales, RevOps, and BI teams.
