Overview

As a Senior Data Scientist at ShiftKey, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our data science function and driving innovative solutions across both our Marketplace and SaaS products within the Healthcare space.

In Short

• Lead the full process of ML models from understanding business problems to measuring their impact.
• Build and improve predictive models for market segmentation, forecasting, and fraud detection.
• Design and implement Generative AI solutions, fine-tuning large language models.
• Use Graph Neural Networks for relationship modeling in healthcare.
• 6+ years of data science experience, preferably in two-sided marketplaces.
• Experience with advanced ML models and proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Familiarity with LLMs and Generative AI frameworks.
• Strong communication skills for effective team coordination.

Requirements

• 6+ years of data science experience, ideally with a background in two-sided marketplaces or supply chain management.
• Experience with advanced ML models like regression, neural networks, and recommender systems.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and popular libraries like scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and XGBoost.
• Familiarity with LLMs and Generative AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI API).
• Experience with network graph analysis and building/deploying GNN solutions.
• Comfortable writing production-level code and working with software engineers and MLOps teams.
• Strong communication skills for effective coordination across teams.
