In Short

• Collaborate with Product Management, Payment Development, and Test Engineering teams.
• Plan, organize, and write various specification and technical requirements documents.
• Communicate with technical contacts at payment processors and customers.
• Act as a technical SME on client facing projects.
• Support QA and UAT validation tasks.
• Provide training for department employees as needed.
• Work with end users to identify and document standard business processes.
• Serve as an escalation point for technical support issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, computer science, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in the German financial services and/or financial technology industry.
• Strong understanding of girocard acceptance solutions.
• Experience in nexo messaging protocols.
• Knowledge of various payment mechanisms.
• Familiarity with project management solutions like MS Project, Jira, or Confluence.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical and product management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Native-level or professionally proficient in German.
