• Seeking a commercially oriented Legal Counsel with experience in commercial contracts and data privacy.
• Role supports company’s business growth with practical, risk-aware legal advice.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
• Support sales team by structuring deals and identifying legal risks.
• Provide data protection and privacy advice, including GDPR compliance.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders in the company.
• Develop templates and draft privacy-related policies.
• 5+ years of experience in law, preferably in fintech or technology.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills required.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Requirements

• Law degree.
• 5+ years practicing law in Europe, in-house or at a law firm.
• Strong experience in commercial contracts and data protection law.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English; other European languages are advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global environment.
