Senior Construction Engineer / Planner for Battery Storage Projects (m/f/d) - Hybrid - Remote

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the permitting process for our battery parks (preliminary building permit, building permit) nationwide in Germany.
• You independently drive the approval of projects and coordinate the preparation of all necessary documents and reports.
• You build a relationship with the building authorities and manage to get the permits through.
• You work with our planning and engineering offices and coordinate fire protection, noise protection, EMC, access roads, soil reports, foundations, etc.
• You coordinate further construction planning up to execution planning.
• You are also ready to take over project management for individual projects.

Requirements

• Completed university degree in civil engineering, architecture, or comparable.
• At least 5 - 10 years of professional experience in a planning or architectural office.
• In-depth knowledge of German construction regulations and planning law.
• Extensive experience in applying for and accompanying building permits - experience with battery storage, PV, or wind is an advantage.
• Independent, structured working style with a proactive mentality.
• Hands-on - you can also draw a plan yourself and pick up the phone when it moves the project forward.
• Chamber approval (e.g., Architects' Chamber, Engineering Chamber) is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Native German speaker.
