Requirements

• Completed university degree in civil engineering, architecture, or comparable.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in an architecture, construction planning, or engineering office.
• Solid knowledge of German building regulations and experience in complex building application processes.
• Independent, structured working style with a proactive mentality.
• Proficient in a common CAD program.
• (Optional) Extensive experience in applying for and supporting building permits - experience with battery storage, PV, or wind.
• (Optional) Building authorization (e.g., Chamber of Architects, Chamber of Engineers).
• Native German speaker.
