Brand and Marketing Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Brand and Marketing Manager to own and elevate our brand while planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns that support our products and services in the Department of Defense (DoD) and similarly complex environments.

In Short

• Develop and manage brand strategy and messaging.
• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Create compelling content for defense and government audiences.
• Collaborate with business development and leadership teams.
• Manage brand standards and visual identity.
• Coordinate company presence at industry events.
• Ensure compliance with security and IT requirements.
• Operate independently as a self-sufficient marketer.
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.
• Support product launches and go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 10 years of experience in marketing or brand management.
• Experience supporting the DoD or federal government.
• Proficiency with marketing tools and analytics.
• Ability to create brand and messaging guides.
• Must obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
• Must be a US citizen.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
