Head of UX/Design (eCommerce/Shopify) - Remote

Overview

As the Head of Design, you’ll shape the creative vision for Shero’s eCommerce clients across various industries, overseeing the design process from UX strategy to high-fidelity UI.

In Short

• Lead and oversee the full design process for eCommerce projects.
• Manage and mentor other designers.
• Create visually stunning, conversion-focused Shopify store designs.
• Present and defend design decisions to clients.
• Manage and evolve Shero’s internal website design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Establish and evolve design systems and UX standards.
• Support Sales Division by discussing design strategy with clients.
• Stay updated on eCommerce and UX/UI design trends.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Website/Product or UX/UI Design.
• Strong portfolio of eCommerce work (Shopify preferred).
• Proven track record in leading or mentoring designers.
• Deep understanding of eCommerce UX patterns.
• Proficiency with Figma.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strategic mindset regarding design impact.
• Agency experience is a plus.
• A passion for great design and constant learning.
