Head of Design and UX - Remote

Overview

MARA is seeking a Head of Design and UX to lead the experience and design strategy across our expanding product portfolio—spanning inference infrastructure, energy orchestration, and compute efficiency. This is a foundational leadership role responsible for building and scaling a high-performance design function that partners deeply with product, engineering, and operations to shape lovable, effective, and coherent product experiences.

• Lead and grow the design and UX function across MARA's product portfolio.

• 10+ years of experience in product design or UX roles.
• At least 2+ years in a design leadership capacity.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design and user-centered problem-solving.

• At least 2+ years in a design leadership capacity in technical environments.
• Demonstrated ability to create and scale design systems.
• Strong portfolio showcasing interaction and visual design.
• Deep empathy for users across various roles.
• Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
