Overview

Sharing Excess is seeking a part-time recruiter to manage the end-to-end hiring process for priority roles, ensuring a great candidate experience while improving recruitment systems.

In Short

Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles.
Run structured hiring manager intake meetings.
Draft and post job descriptions.
Proactively source candidates.
Screen candidates with consistent scorecards.
Coordinate interviews end-to-end.
Lead candidate communication throughout the process.
Manage offers and pre-close conversations.
Maintain accurate tracking in our applicant tracking system.
Improve recruiting assets and process.

Requirements

Experience in recruiting or related fields.
Clear, professional communication skills.
Strong organization and follow-through.
Comfort in a fast-changing environment.
Good judgment with sensitive information.
