Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented AP Coordinator to join our team at Shared Service Center. This position plays a vital role in managing accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy and timely payments while maintaining excellent vendor relationships.

In Short

  • Process and verify invoices and expense reports in a timely manner
  • Ensure accurate coding and proper approval of all invoices
  • Maintain vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies or issues
  • Prepare and execute payments according to scheduled timelines
  • Assist with month-end closing and prepare reports related to accounts payable
  • Support audit processes by providing required documentation and information
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to streamline processes

Requirements

  • Previous experience in accounts payable or accounting roles preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management
  • Proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree a plus
