AI Data Scientist (B2B / Freelancer Contract) - Remote

Overview

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced AI Data Scientist to join their global Centre of Excellence, acting as a subject matter expert (SME) for Agentic AI Services. In this role, you will design, build, and deploy advanced AI-driven and agentic data science solutions leveraging Microsoft's AI ecosystem, including Azure Machine Learning, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI.

In Short

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of data science and machine learning solutions.
• Identify and prioritize AI opportunities with business stakeholders.
• Process and transform structured and unstructured data.
• Design frameworks for predictive modeling, NLP, and generative AI.
• Develop and optimize statistical models and machine learning algorithms.
• Automate Azure ML pipelines and data processing tools.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in data science and AI solutions.
• Expertise in statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
• Proficiency in Python or R, and Microsoft Azure ML.
• Experience with MLOps workflows and AI deployment.
• Strong skills in data wrangling and feature engineering.
• Visualization skills using Power BI.
• Knowledge of data privacy and responsible AI practices.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong collaboration and mentoring abilities.
