Junior Fraud Analyst (Evening Shift) - Remote

Overview

As a Junior Fraud Analyst, you will support investigations related to fraud, both operationally and in customer relations, while learning to master Shakepay's anti-fraud methods and tools.

In Short

• Assist in gathering evidence and documenting fraud cases.
• Learn to carefully record decisions and actions based on facts and risk levels.
• Examine cases from specific sources under supervision.
• Use internal tools and systems to make precise decisions.
• Handle fraud-related inquiries from customers with empathy.
• Contribute to improving processes and communication with affected parties.
• Respond to customer questions professionally and attentively.
• Work closely with Customer Service and KYC teams.
• Work hours are from 1:30 PM to 9:30 PM (EST), Wednesday to Sunday.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of cryptocurrencies.
• At least 1 year of experience in fraud analysis or a similar field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with fraud-related tools and systems.
