Requirements

• 2–4+ years experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
• Comfortable working in an AI-led environment.
• Skilled in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and pipeline management using AI-enhanced platforms.
• Strong HR admin experience: contracts, onboarding, probation tracking, HRIS, policy creation, engagement, and performance tracking.
• Familiar with ATS / HRIS tools (Workable, Lever, Breezy, Skillspot AI, etc.) and Google Workspace.
• Excellent communicator across time zones and cultures.
• Detail-driven and highly organized, leveraging AI for documentation, scheduling, and workflow automation.
• Thrives in a remote-first, fast-moving workplace.
