STARLIMS Rollout Manager - Remote

Overview

The Rollout Manager will play a critical role in leading the global LIMS migration and standardization across SGS laboratories, ensuring seamless alignment with the Digital Labs corporate rollout strategy.

• Lead the global standardization of LIMS system configurations.
• Define and enforce governance for global system setups.
• Oversee active LIMS migration projects.
• Act as the LIMS rollout stream representative in meetings.
• Mentor and coach local LIMS superusers and deployment teams.
• Support process gap analyses for new laboratories.
• Review specifications for alignment with the LIMS framework.
• Drive the resolution of LIMS-related technical issues.
• Maintain an inventory of products ready for implementation.
• Manage the migration of labs across EU and Asia.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with STARLIMS.
• Proven expertise in LIMS system implementation.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
